This service is definitely worth using! As an HR office of 1 this task was daunting to me when it was needed…esp with no one on-site to educate me how to do it. We purchased the 3 year plan and worked with Mimi all 3 years. She made the process so easy! The only thing I would change is that before the renewal time expired, I would hear from her, or the company that they were ready to start the process. I get so many solicitations from other companies, that its time consuming to distinguish what is a new solicitation and what is not. After a while, I start ignoring all notifications.
